Spent a month in Asia... Here's some videos and thoughts.

Here I am, back in L.A., reminiscing over my adventurous one month trip with two of my close buddies in Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Seoul & Hong Kong. Where do I begin... The food? The activities? The culture? Actually none of those. It's my thinking. My thought process. Something that really resonated with me nearly a year back was listening to Kevin Kelly (founder of Wired Magazine) on the Tim Ferriss podcast discuss traveling and what it means to him.

"I travel a lot... not just to China, but a lot of places - as much as I can - because it keeps my mind flexible. It's the most amount of exercise I can do more than anything else...."

"Travel really forces me to really be flexible, and to confront others, and to think about things differently. It's the habit of thinking differently that I find useful and you're looking at your culture from a different lens"
